Gooey Butter Cake
Combine 1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
Press on bottom & slightly up sides of ungreased 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle with 1 cup roasted pecans.
Combine 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 cups, (1 lb.) powdered sugar, 2 eggs & 2 t. vanilla.
Spread this on top of pecans.
Bake at 350°
30-35 minutes
